Depends what you mean. Many languages have diminutives, e.g. Alexander=Sasha in Russian.

Just add -ito and -ita in Spanish.

In Germany it's common to shorten / add an i at the end, like
Michael > Michi
Andreas > Andi
Susan > Susi
Franziska > Franzi
