Can't even get the old one back in. I've gone beyond wanting to do this myself. The 'twat the cunt till it's straight' option is the most appealing at this point, so I'm taking it to the shop tomorrow morning.
I used a combination of QR skewer and sockets as well as the old bearings to press new bearings in.
I really want a proper bearing press set but they're £££
