Cheers for the above recommendations buy the way. I enjoyed Cattle Decapitation and actually I was on board with the vocals, despite that style not being my usual bag.
Venom Prison was a great recommendation - really enjoyed getting in to their stuff. And nice to see that they're Welsh - I'll play them to my (welsh) dad and see if he's in to it!

well, for more relentless blastbeats I can suggest Cattle Decapitation. Anthropocene Extinction and Death Atlas would be my personal faves there, new album imminent. Vocals are a bit divisive though, so be warned.
for homegrown produce, Venom Prison are fantastic if you haven't come across them. Also Calligram are worth keeping an eye on for small venue shows
