Hi Velocio, our french forum pignolefixe.com, which is using microcosm as well is completely down, what can we do to fix it ?

I don't know entirely what this means, but I am on a work network so there's nothing I can do concerning the setup.
What web browser are you using?
If you enable DNS-over-HTTPS and point it to an external endpoint it's going to work. But if your work network and computer is really locked down then it's going to be a while before everything works fine.

It's been 40 minutes and Cloudflare have not responded to a P1 outage support email for an Enterprise account... so I'm going to prep failing over microcosm.app to a non-Cloudflare direct solution to enable Rapha, Islington, Espruino and the other sites with custom domains to work.
If Cloudflare happen to get back to me then great, if not I'll flick the switch.

I've never seen any business handle something like a suspended primary domain so rapidly
Nor me. Thank you and congratulations.
The site very broken via this internet provider when I left work yesterday evening, but this morning is working perfectly.
Ace work.

I mean... if I wanted to be professional about this it would be down for a month and cost £20K in consultants to restore.
Quite! I will dedicate my next Brighton bike tag to you. (Oh, and I do contribute monthly to the running costs.)

I've raised a ticket with Cisco Umbrella with my enterprise customer hat on. No idea if it will do anything.

Extremely appreciated.
I'm hoping the 10y extension to the domain name helps too.

- Change DNS Nameservers for
microcosm.app
from Cloudflare to DNS Made Easy
I don't know what this breaks.
On one hand... nothing?
On the other hand, it should enable CNAME by others for their custom domains, and then Cloudflare should deploy CNAME flattening to speed up the DNS.
But... the risks, I do not know if every path works... i.e. Sendgrid has CNAME'd a non-HTTPS subdomain and yet

- Removed all Cloudflare proxying from
microcosm.app
, tested nothing broke, awaiting nameserver updates to flush through.
^ this line 🤣
There are companies so locked in that this alone would be 3 months of migration work and testing, but I think I've got it sorted, took about an hour to scramble around checking things.
