How much sealant have you put in, and what sealant? With new tyres, I usually double whatever recommended amount the manufacturer says, so the tyre gets a decent coating inside and any pin-prick holes are filled.
Try a different sealant too, it looks like you might be using Stans? If it's even remotely damp, and you're using pressures above 30psi, I found it just will not seal. Orange Seal works a lot better.
