You’ve got to but a bit careful as you’re comparing apples with oranges - @Regal and @Soul ‘s watches were for 216570 but @Dammit’s link was to the newer 226570, which accounts for some of the price diff.
@Dammit I’m sure you know this but C24 or similar sites often are perceived as being priced high as it’s the seller’s opening bid to a big anonymous market with no record of failed offers kept, so there’s no peer or market pressure to keep said opening offer reasonable.
You’ve got to make a call about what one you want - 216570 or 226570. Both are great. Neither are likely to lose you money that I suspect will cause you any worry even if you ’overpay’ (assumption made on the basis of your current collection/history on the forum etc - no offence/shade meant) and quite possibly will end up being worth more than what you pay over time, even if you do overpay now.
If you want a steer on 216570 prices, my one was similar to @Regal’s find (ie an unworn 2020 216570 model) and market price then was about £8k (there was a bit of a speculation bubble at the time because everyone suspected it was going to get discontinued). I reckon £8,750-9000 is reasonable market price for an unworn one of these now. The 2017 one Soul find is out of warranty, so that’ll be a big part of why it’s cheaper
Baseline is RRP, you ain’t getting a discount on a new one, so cheapest you can get for a ‘new’ one is £8,100. Now how much more are you willing to pay to actually get one rather than enter the AD lottery ?
