I raised it on Twitter with GCN and got a pretty good response to be fair - they said:

I'm not sure why the leaderboard wasn't included as it usually would be. Our production team sometimes have very short periods of time to turn this around and it seems it got missed, but we'll forward this on to them to make them aware.

Can't imagine getting that response from Eurosport!

Like I said I'm not bothered for me as I just went on procylingstats afterwards but it didn't feel very complete...
