    The communication was a bit slow, I had to send them a reminder sometimes to get a reply. But they were very helpful with the design process and the frame actually shipped 1 or 2 months earlier then expected.
    The shipping went well, it was packed very well and arrived undamaged.

    No results known for the steel one, but the carbon one went three times the regulated duration on the fatigue test after the demo video

    The advantage of steel is not that it's inherently stronger or tougher, it's that it's usually easier to read the damage from the outside
