  • With a working majority surely repealing a law takes no time at all. Obviously I'm not an MP. Not yet anyway.

  • Nope. You have to assign time to: debate, amend, vote, send up, debate, amend, send down, debate, vote, send up, vote. Sign, take to king, sign again.

    There's a whole legislative process to follow and it takes time to supposedly minimise fuckups and deliberate damage. And there will be multiple prospective bills going through at any one time, with parliament not sitting anywhere near as often as we are sat on our laptops refreshing LFGSS.
