It’s not as bad as it looks now that there’s moss back on it. But in the future, when it need replacing or with extend the dormers on the back I think this is the way forward with it.

I approve ! As it’s quite long and low I think I’d go siouxx (pre weather) painted - vertical boards

or off white render with some white oiled oak detail panels.

Is that the sioox stuff? I’ve no idea how it works, but it looks good.
