It wasn’t a great advert for the cause. But I stand by my campaign.
Road markings are painted too thickly and robustly for the sprint lines that Wiggo and I support. We believe they would be better applied in a temporary, chalk paint that does not create a raised surface and does not reduce traction in the wet.
Remco was flapping around for his crash. No-one else to blame, I don’t think.
Cav’s was wild. Painted lines on a sprint finish is a terrible idea.
