Brompton owners

Annoyed that I need to wait a week for a 6.1mm (reamer) to repair my main frame hinge. Work-use Brompton is just an expensive hanging ornament at this point…

Why not take it to a brompton dealer to potentially turn it around quicker?

I enjoy doing the work myself.

Is there a shop in London's famous London where I can drop a Brompton in to have the hinge bushings replaced and not be without the bike for a week or more whilst they "work" on it.

I was in Brompton Junction in central two weekends ago and they weren't taking any bookings for services.

And although Compton Cycles is my nearest bike shop, I've used them recently and not had the best experience.

be very suprised if you can get the results with this; if you push on the pin the top section will flare prematurely; you need to push against the inner section. Once in place you then need to have a cone shaped piece either end to flare the serrated section and flare / hold steady the other side.
