Oh, interesting pic, hadn’t seen that. It’s clearly not the engraved + enamelled technique they’ve been on about for a while, the “champlevé” technique. This looks like something else. Like they’ve clear enamelled over an engraved (or maybe just stamped texture) metal base and then engraved the numerals into the top of the enamel (ie the glass surface that’s been created).
looks kinda cool though, there must be some sort of coating over the etched surface for the printed numbers to cast a shadow
