    Wedding this weekend, sub-80 achieved as hoped, really pleased with that. I think as a chronic glutton finding a happy medium in which I can eat reasonably (basically skip breakfast, small lunch and 'healthy' dinners throughout the week and whenever I want at weekends within reason) and run a consistent deficit has been really pleasing. Now to undo it all on honeymoon...

  • Lost half of it since you last saw me. Maybe that explains the weight drop...
