Crack in dropout

Hiya, my no name mystery steel frame developed a crack in the dropout - it’s a much abused bike used for getting to work and back, spends most of its life in a semi covered bike shed. Worth replacing the dropout or welding the crack? If so anyone know someone in Norwich?

If it's worth it is up to how much you like the frame.
I once had a cracked dropout of a touring bike arc welded on a campsite in France and it was fine for another 2000km (it still is but I didn't use it anymore after that)

Any pics of the unknown frame? Might be a diamond in the rough and worth keeping.
