Got out on the Trainbiek today, also finally got to try a Rourke jacket I’ve had for ages but never worn.
The jacket was excellent, I could have chosen a better loop for my first road run out.

If the option of throwing it in a volcano becomes too overwhelming, sell it to me. But you're not going to do that...!

Iteration one
Canti rack added with Carradice sarnie bag, some old Nimbus 1.50 tyres, some old pink sqrs, new old grips, spuds, a silly seat post and a bell
See how I fare on the commute tm

Dropper seatpost? How did you route the cable?
-
• #665
Ah, no.
Its a daft old USE SX Shokpost that Jimbilly left me before he disappeared to Canada. I thought I'd see what it was like.
Seems that I 'naturally remove' a lot of the bounce in it!
Very much enjoyed the commute in this morning though, so hopefully this bike gets me back into enjoying riding again.

So so good. Prefer it with these bars and bar ends. guess commuting you will soon work out what feels best
Ha ha. Even though we have been on many adventures together and conquered many foes from the valleys of Calderdale to the flatlands of Roubaix, I hope this bike doesn’t meet a fiery volcanic death.
It’s not a bad bike after all, I hope….maybe it’s making me say that…..cor I don’t know now…
