    Similar here but less extreme, hardly ate for 3 or 4 weeks n when my appetite came back I went mental and went back to old ways. Put the weight lost back on and completely over shot the runway. Hey ho. Work it out eventually.

  • Arguably shish kebabs in a pitta with loads of salad and chilli sauce is a really healthy and balanced meal.

    Doner meat with chips and garlic mayo, not so much.
