Got this. Am based in North Wales.
It’s got a basic groupset but works perfect.
650b wheels. Dynamo front hub
Rides really nice.
Cromo frame pretty much same as surly salsa etc

that's more like it; which year is it? I had an Equilibrium last year but it was slightly too long in the TT.
(if it wasn't clear in the first post, I'm only after the F&F, but could be swayed by a tasty looking build.... such as this)

it's a 2016 I believe, 56 TT? too long I'm afraid, but it's lovely, thanks.

Missed the F&F bit! Think it’s 2015, was bought to complement a 545mm TT road bike so I believe it would be akin to a 54 in most sizes, will see if I have the geo anywhere.
Edit 2016 indeed: pg 24 here: https://www.genesisbikes.co.uk/media/catalogues/genesis/2016_catalogue.pdf

I think it's a small 52cm toptube
Previous owner was 5'8"
There's decent set back on the post so you could adjust it a bit -

many thanks, but seeing that genesis has reminded me how lovely they are; think I'm going to hold out until I see an Equilibrium in S, as the M was a fraction too long and gave me shoulder ache after 20 miles; otherwise it was a gorgeous ride.

it's a lovely frame, but (and I know you've had it re-painted) I'm really not feeling the colour. It shouldn't matter I know, but what can I say, I'm shallow... thanks anyway!
considered. What've you got LUFGUSS?
*must have rack and guard mounts (front & rear); steel frame/carbon forks also fine...
