Have you tried the dishwasher? What solvents have you tried?

Not even the dishwasher gets them off - some do and rubbing alcohol eventually but the point of hate is why make it so (deliberately ?) difficult ?

Slice lengthwise strips off with a Stanley blade. Then acetone on the adhesive.
