Depends on your budget…
This could be a good starting point. Decent frame (good to upgrade other bits), some extras. Keep an eye out for some budget wheels and I’m sure some cheap cranks, rings, sprockets, pedals (with retention for fixed), brakes and levers will be on here at some point. You can always sell bits on and change them for others you prefer.
And remember if you’re building it yourself, you will also need to budget for tools.
