That looks pretty achievable with little more than a round hand file...
What modification would you be needing in it?
Not sure I have any suitable stock to make one from but I could have a rummage tomorrow.

If I had a pillar drill it’d be a cinch I think. The rear bridge is a flat face, so might not work so well? Maybe two ‘flat’ plates instead? The front is a Cinelli crown, so more like the first example I guess. I’d need to get a wheel in both ends and check the dims as well. Do have a rummage if it’s not a load of ballache and let me know?

Could this work cut to length?

No, that would be incredibly dangerous.

I know Royce made one for a Moulton TSR a few years back. Can't imagine it would be cheap.

It might be cheaper for me to buy a new frame and forks :(

Thanks everyone. Lots of options there now and those last ones are made quite near to me. Will contact the seller and have a chat once I’ve got the drop measurements dialled in. Maybe I can use my Modolo’s after all :)

On the hunt for one of these after a miscalculation (or lack there of) on fitting a Shimano 105 5800 calliper to the rear bridge of a TF Dart v1.... Seen a few options on ebay but they're basically what I paid for the callipers. And don't get me started on the Brompton adaptors $$$$
Drop needs to be 10mm.
Any leads?
Anyone made anything like this, have call to or interest in making a pair? Would need a slight variation on the back bridge but essentially this neat / aesthetic.
