Tugenhat on 5Live this morning stating that student ID was acceptable to vote; thankfully 5Live corrected this pretty promptly but not before the misinformation was out there.
Tugenhat is often described as reasonable - apparently he was in the military (TA) although that’s never mentioned - but lying is so baked into Tory DNA that they simply can’t help it
