Although I don't have a turbo, so I go use a Wattbike at the local gym.
If we ever do our big flat refurb then we'll be putting in some proper soundproofing between the floors to try and make sure it's not noisy for downstairs neighbour, and then I'll get a second hand Wattbike Atom (smaller footprint than bike on turbo).

I have three flat mates(aged 37, 9 and 4) who are annoying as fuck and take up a lot my free time with frivolous nonsense.
An hour on the turbo in the morning before they get up and ruin my day would help me get towards my goal of being slightly less fat. That's all I want.
But I've just realised the Zwift hub doesn't have an xdr freehub released yet? I'm starting to think it's just not meant to be.
