• I emailed the shop yesterday about the issues with this frame with photos and got a very quick reply saying it isn't right. They then forwarded me their response from Windwave who said this is unacceptable and have raised it with Colnago and will let me know their response. When i email the shop i did say this is just feedback and I'm not trying to pursue warranty as that would take ages and i can do this myself although i really shouldn't have to on a frame that cost this much. Slane and Windwaves responses we're very quick though and they are talking this very seriously. @Alanbt any news on yours?

  • A bit disappointment with the response from the shop to date. Said they sold lots of frames and not had similar issues.
    I’ve escalated with them and said I’m not happy with the frame as delivered. They are waiting for response from Colnago on it.
