I did thanks but thanks for thinking of me! Hopefully you can find it a home.
Mine looks like yours. I want to get a smaller turning peel though as the big one makes it harder to turn pizzas.

Dooo iiiiit.

How big are the gas bottles for the Ooni? Tempted by the Koda on offer from Lakeland but outdoor space and storage is limited.
Do people tend to prep them indoors and then take them outdoors to cook?

Confit Garlic and Rosemary, the other 2 (Marg and a Salami and Mushroom number) disappeared before I could picture them.

Koda 12 or 16? Don't think I need the larger size, but change my mind I guess?!
-
• #5039
16, the space makes it so much easier to launch and turn.

I did ask the question... Worth the £120 price difference?
-
• #5041
Hmm tricky I got mine a few years back on a Black Friday deal which completely negated the price difference.
You could probably pick up a second hand one, lots of people sell them on Facebook (presumably after impulse buying in the first place).

If I ever replace/upgrade my old ooni 3 I’d definitely get the 16.
-
• #5043
The 16 is a decent size you can make a couple pizzas and they do 2 people which is good instead of the solo ones on the smaller ovens.

they use standard patio gas canisters. the 5kg is somewhat portable tbh. i have also used camping canisters when heading to an airbnb but not a great solution imo
in winter i will prep inside then walk out with the pizza. in summer i will prep outside

i think the 12 is good for most people. but if you really get 'into it' then the 16 is better. when we move to a bigger place i will be upgrading to a 16

bit the bullet and ordered the Karu 16. now I need something to put it on anyone got a tried and tested table they're using for a 16" ooni that's not going to be too flimsy with all that weight on it?

It's absolutely overpriced, but we got one of Ooni's own tables and are pretty happy with it. Was mostly just looking for something sturdy enough to hold the oven and pair of gas canisters. Was surprisingly tricky to find something that looked up to the job so just bought their own table.

Have a look on facebook marketplace for stainless steel catering tables. I got both my tables for less than £30 and they're ideal.

I have mine on the large Ooni table, it's really well made but firmly in nice but pricey territory. I made it in my garage then realised it wouldn't fit through the gate or garage door to get it round the back of the house. I ended up having to pass it over the garage roof with my wife to avoid taking it apart.
TL;DR - The big Ooni table is BIG.
If nothing else, yesterday's effort that the kids built shows how much I need an Ooni (and a peel).
Oven cooked - preheated to max, the grill on max, using a heavy frying pan that had been on the hot ring.
Used waaaay too much mozzarella, so ended up
a bitreally soggy.Basic yeast dough, although it did spend overnight in the fridge and developed a lot of flavour.
Confit garlic & basil in passata for the sauce.
Bit of a Monet, but still wud bang again.
