Have a look on facebook marketplace for stainless steel catering tables. I got both my tables for less than £30 and they're ideal.

I have mine on the large Ooni table, it's really well made but firmly in nice but pricey territory. I made it in my garage then realised it wouldn't fit through the gate or garage door to get it round the back of the house. I ended up having to pass it over the garage roof with my wife to avoid taking it apart.

TL;DR - The big Ooni table is BIG.

I use a pair of Stanley sawhorses and a chunky bit of hardwood worktop offcut. Good height and dead solid.

edit read Karu as koda! I prep on the left table, I'm currently revamping my garden and thinking about building a kitchen area to replace this but it works well. I accidentally bought the bigger gas bottle haha, you can get away with the smaller one. My only complaint is the oven loses temp really quickly, a door would help but haven't looked into it. It produces great pizza.
