  • If nothing else, yesterday's effort that the kids built shows how much I need an Ooni (and a peel).

    Oven cooked - preheated to max, the grill on max, using a heavy frying pan that had been on the hot ring.

    Used waaaay too much mozzarella, so ended up a bit really soggy.

    Basic yeast dough, although it did spend overnight in the fridge and developed a lot of flavour.

    Confit garlic & basil in passata for the sauce.

    Bit of a Monet, but still wud bang again.
