This is the only interesting part of his statement I reckon. What is 'everything else' and how little or much must happen before Prigozhit can call it a 'collapse'. Sure, the Russians may have seen their last significant advance in this war, but even without the Wagners the regular Russian f0rces could prove to be difficult to chase out of Ukraine entirely – as per the Reuters article posted above.
