Pitchfork time has passed

Nah I've got more... the auto-predict as you type into search is also gone along with favourites.

Loyalty discount seems to be showing for me

I got haribo yesterday, had ordered before the great reset though.
-
• #806
They wouldn’t have the cojones to drop the haribo. Too high risk.
-
• #807
Going off the new look & feel, and the running club case study, I'm expecting a shift to including bar snack sized bags of Artisan roasted Pistachios in all future orders.
-
• #808
I'd really rather they didn't send haribo. I put no thanks in the notes but they still sometimes send. Straight in the bin.

Starmix is just.the.worst.
Fight me, children.

Both ^ ^ reported as you’re clearly trolls.

Site is dreadful. On surface it looks better, but all the information is buried badly. Same for CRC. It's like they've designed it with some market research to hand, but didn't do an UX testing whatsoever.

That green though…

I can only think that some focus group or consultant or other said the orange was 'a bit like Halfords'?
-
• #815
So they decided to make it look like a senior citizen health insurance brand instead!
-
• #816
I had to double check that I'd put the right URL in. And it wasnt some derivative clone. Completely mental pivot. What they had before was better.
-
• #817
Exactly - assumed I'd landed on some community outreach program's website. I just don't understand why. The rebrand is terrible, and they've somehow managed to make it less user-friendly.
Something that really annoyed me on their old site was the listing of out of stock products, but at least you could tick a box to filter them out. Not any more!

The branding all looks a bit geared to the trendy "we started cycling in lockdown" crowd.
Gah, I miss Prendas.

Gah they’ve switched to DPD.
The Evri driver that comes to our flats was the best. -
• #820
Shows how regional that is.
Our Evri driver was awful, our DPD driver is the best.

That's rubbish news, big fan of out Evri driver too. That being said I've not ordered anything from them since the new website, the search does seam to work as well as it used to.
-

Yeah. Evri always held on to our parcel and came back the next day if not in, or left with the right neighbour.
Amazon just chuck their parcels in the block front door and leave them there and they all get nicked.
RM were good but have gone awful and recently learned if anything does go wrong trying to resolve is basically a waste of your time.
UPS are top lols, never ever attempt delivery and just leave straight at their nominated shop. Tbh it’s not so bad cos at least I can go get it.
Don’t get much DPD so we shall see.
Hate buying so much cycling shit online, but hard to find actual shops these days that stock things you actually want.

Well, there's a sentence I thought I'd never see. Only last week I was saying that you hear "it depends whether your local route driver is any good" about most delivery companies, but I'd never heard anybody say it about Herpes/Nevri.

Evri delivery guy when I lived in Clapton was great, now I'm in Walthamstow and the new guy is good too. It's one of the most reliable delivery service to us, Royal Mail has gone downhill quickly for us too.

Pester Gary!
No loyalty reward discount (5%, 12% off) either. Of course, all these things could return, the new site is new after all. Maybe they'll do away with the Haribo too... eek! Let's not get ahead of ourselves.
