Any go to cargo bibs anyone here can recommend?
Ive been using Switofo bib and i rate it for the price i paid.
https://a.aliexpress.com/_m0pGttESwiftofo’s cargo bib is only pockets at rear but no pockets on side. Looking for recommendations other than spexcel.

Did you order your CF606 fork directly from Carbonda or via AliExpress?

Any reason for Not Spexcel? I only ask because they've just put out a new range of cargos; I have the 2021 ones which are eh, fine, but have absurd middle of your spine rear pockets. The new ones look better.
But if it's fit/pads then yeah, no worries.

My spexcel jersey is good , a touch less breathable than your average. Jacket the same but fell apart at the seams. Bibs good pad but not stretchy enough, and loads of seams, the fabric reminded me of the few times I’ve worn 90s retro bibs

Directly from Carbonda. Paid with PayPal

Anybody got a spare pair of the Carbonworks fake cages? My XXX ones have bitten the dust (baggy trousers), and if I can avoid the 2 week wait I'd like to!

Have you seen Topeak do one now too? Half the price of carbonworks but probably a bit more reliable than AliX.

AliExpress seatpost seems pretty optimistic... minimum insertion 55mm... o_O

Spexcel- no issues at all. A mate have one and I’ve seen it and found it punches above it price class.
Just wondering if my search skills have yielded the maximum results, or not.

Anyone ever bought a mini pump from Alix that they're happy with?
The idea is to kit out my commuter bike with something that wouldn't cost me a fortune if it got nicked off the bike.

I've got a cube one that cost me 10e that works fine. Can't imagine how much cheaper it'd need to be for me to roll the dice on alix

I would normally stick to Topeak/leyzene/etc so you can get spare parts easily.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a cyclocross frame?
Flat mount, thru axle, mechanical, standard seatpost.Ideally around the £400-500 mark
I’ve looked back through the thread and haven’t seen many references to CX frames.

@Saffronspokes handled it last time .. or was it @HoKe
also keen

I think minimum was 6 last time we did it for 20%. It was quite a jump to get the 30% if I recall.
Full discount is on rims only. Reduces to 5% if full build. Seem to recall the better discount on pro rims too. -
• #10921
Thanks mate - I’m only interested in rims, and their Falcon Pro WR and WG models.
Anyone else looking for LB goodness? -
• #10922
Think we had to hit 30 rims for 30% discount (ended up with 40!) and used Wise to send the funds and save a little extra on fees.
-
• #10923
Yeah but probably just one rim 🤣
-
• #10924
Ha - given the time I can imagine it takes to find 40 people who want LightBicycle rims, I’m not sure I have the patience to wait, given long shipping times anyway!

That’s what I’m saying, 6 for 20% > 30 for 30%
^No idea what the quality is like on those, but I've been using a J&L NW chainring (eBay) without issue for the past 5 years.
