Rim recommendation: Disc, 25-27mm internal width, suitable for off-road touring

Want to rebuild some wheels onto some wider and sturdier rims and I'm struggling to find a lot of options.

I'm after something with:

• 32 hole drilling
  
• Internal width somewhere between 25-30mm
  
• Ideally plain matte/polished black with removable decals
  
• Recommended weight limit suitable more for touring than bikepacking although doesn't need to be OTT.
  
  

So far the front runner would be Velocity Cliffhangers but they're pretty hard to get hold of in the EU.
There is the Sim works x Velocity standalone 001 rims: https://sim-works.com/en/news/standalone-001-for-journeys-beyond-your-mind which are just the Cliffhangers but with added eyelets but they cost even more. Any obvious options I'm missing from the likes of Kinlin etc.?
