Updated my Fuji to do some video work about a year or so ago and ended up going for the X-T3 - offers all of the video features I wanted (aside from IBIS, which I wasn't too sure I'd need, though admittedly I've been using it a bunch on my work FX3!) and was significantly cheaper than an X-T4, though prices might have changed since the 5.
I've been VERY impressed with the video capabilities. Even more though, despite a lot of people saying how Fuji colour is very consistent through all models and all the hype about the earlier gen cameras (which is what I had prior to the XT3), I found the picture quality to be so much better - lots more dynamic range and even better colour. Haven't looked back and would recommend.
I remember from my research back then that the X-T30 offered a lot of similar features but was lighter on video features, mostly the lack on in camera 10bit which was a deal breaker for me but might not be for you; many people bang on about how necessary it is, I still think for many people in-camera colour is probably the way to go and definitely simplifies things.
Things have moved on a lot since I had sold my XPro2 way back when. Looking to get back into with something small and reasonably affordable with the occasional dabbling in video. Would the XT4 be the best avenue to return, or something else to consider that might be cheaper but with all the same functionality that I can then invest the savings into lens. And what's a good lens to go for to cover photography/video? I'm planning to get the 23mm because that was my favourite photography lens on the XPro2.
