Wembley packed compared to yesterday

Was just at st. James park. Bedlam on 20 minutes. Spurs completely blown away and then didn’t even win the second half. Does anyone know what happened with Loris? He never came out for the second half. Hearsay in the ground about a bust up.

Well when he just watched goal 2(?) fly into the corner without moving a muscle he didn't seem too engaged

Good pens these so far.

Great pens from both sides. So glad Sancho put his away. We'll probably get slaughtered in the final.

Top stat from yesterday's Burnley v QPR match. QPR central midfielder Tim Iroegbunam, on loan from Villa, was on the pitch for 67 minutes and attempted one pass which he did not complete for a passing accuracy of 0%.
Burnley's central midfielder on the other hand, Josh Cullen, completed 97 passes which was more than the whole QPR team.
Just goes to show that this passing lark is over-rated.

Didn't qpr have 13% possession or something. He's got a big future ahead - good player.

Something like that. They spent most of the match lying on the floor "injured". We hammered them in the first half but didn't score and then just couldn't cope with the spoiling tactics. Bit of a shit way to lose a 20-odd game unbeaten run and first loss at home this season but hopefully they'll learn from it.

And the answer is Yes.
Ryan Mason in as caretaker caretaker. -

I was wrong yesterday.
This is peak spurs.

Damn. I just did Tucker Carlson as interim interim THFC manager.

Gareth Ainsworth is a wanker.
I saw Ipswich lose to his Wycombe side in December and they were timewasting from the get-go, and the crowd were loving it. "Timewasting bastards, we know what we are."
Imagine paying money to watch that every week.
QPR's fall from grace has been impressive, and it seems to stem from Michael "I entered into an agreement here and integrity and loyalty are a real big thing for me" Beale and his decision to leave.

My thoughts are with poor @cornelius_blackfootin these dark days. The only consolation I gain from Chelsea's impending managerial appointment is the angst that poor Corny must endure as The Sheriff hitches his horse outside Stamford Bridge.

Mind you, with Chelsea's current prowess, no one will be singing "I shot the sheriff".

As a whole I’d say Pochettino is probably the safest bet for us if there is such a thing. Didn’t do terrible in any of his previous jobs and punched well above his weight with Spurs, despite not winning anything. He’s got a massive hill to climb and the sooner he starts the better.

Not sure I should have bought the match pass for Barnsley v Ipswich. Barnsley are very good and it's making me nervous.
-
• #165321
Well that was pretty good actually.

It's in your hands then. Exeter have lost their last 5 too....

Flipping heck Unai.
Up to 5th. 10 unbeaten. 20 consecutive games scoring. 5 wins at home without conceding - best since 83.
Nice. -

I always thought a proper manager would turn Villa around quite easily but he’s done quite the job there. Would not have predicted it going so well.
Did spurs trigger that government emergency alert?
