My little one started on it around 2.5 until 4/4.5 ish. He is average height in his class.
Hope that helps. -

It does actually. My brother has just asked me for advice for his son who's 2.5. At the moment he's trying to ride the same bike we all learned on when we were about 3, but it is a bit too big for him and frankly a bit too old. I'll show this to my brother to see if he might be interested.

It was a great little bike to learn on, as a good upright position. And I set the rear brake nice and close for small hands!

Just the Hoy bike left, last try one here then off to other selling platforms.
Really nice little bike, light weight and has a useful finger grip on the back of the saddle for carrying and giving a helping hand!
Cheers
Hi, I have 3 kids bikes that have been outgrown.
Raleigh Performance 14”, great little bike, but scratched etc and has mismatched v brake calliper arms on the front, could do with new front pads. £75.
Hoy Bonaly 16” excellent condition, small scuffs o. The brakes levers, but otherwise good. £175.
Islabike 16cnoc, pretty ratty and in need of tlc, could be made good with a strip and rebuild, maybe a rattle can paint job. Free
Can take more pics or if you need measurements etc please shout.
All based in SE London. Can post at cost
Thanks
