You've got all day. I'd probably go out in the coming weekends and at least get some miles in to check kit and bike fit and scare the legs into working.
If you do nothing before then you'll be proper fucked, but if you can get some rides in before the day and gradually build up to a 100k+ ride the week before you'll be aight. You'll know about it the next day for sure though!
