I'll fix it myself, taking something back to someone who couldn't do it in the first place seems a bit counter-intuitive.

Guess if one is more competent than the original mechanic this make sense.
For me, as Sigma is supposedly be a high-end bike shop they should take responsibility & liability of fixing this issue.

Yeah, about that. They didn't check the pressure in the tyres either - or couldn't work out how to put air in them.

I thoroughly loathe April fools', but there is something quite charming about this one

Does anyone have a cheap rear triangle they want rid of? Having just sold my old one my girlfriend now needs hers replaced due to a crack. Any colour is fine.

Tubilitos are crap as are the tyres they put on T-lines

Ive found the new D to be a lot better than even the old 2 spd i had. Needs a little while to bed in as the cable seemed to need constant adjusting for the first month. Also enables the back wheel to come off like a normal bike.

Agreed with the taking the wheel out part.
But I found when folding the bike, unless you’re in gear one or two, when you back pedal to rotate your crankset it the chain drops or gets caught to stop your rotating the pedal back to your front wheel.

Are they legit?
-
• #13374
Yes legit, delivered a few weeks back.
@amey - only had a one puncture so far; I will do the Schwalbe 1 dance and then end up throwing them away in a few weeks. CliveO has already done this.
I have Marathon+ on the other one, and they are definitely better at puncture prevention, but obviously do not roll as sweetly.

The new derailleur system from Brompton is hit and miss tbh. Definitely go back to Sigma to fix this properly though.
