Day one done. I had a bit of a boo boo and have a sore ass cheek now courtesy of a branch snagging my bars. My partner then managed to come in 2 mins before the last lap cutoff and I had to miserably ride on the sore bits for the last lap. We gained a position though, solidly mid pack in our cat at 8th.
