Does anyone have experience cycling on the Urban Arrows without the electric assist (no battery left)?

Particularly the Shorty and XL Cargo? Many thanks

I've run out of battery on the XL a couple of times. As MCamb says, it's an absolute bastard if you have any weight at all on it.
I used to ride non electric Bullitts for a living and even fully loaded they were much easier to ride without assist.
