Silly question, is the stem BELRI on the sides and BELERI on the stickers and bars?
Lovely bike and the proper colour bit too small for me. GLWTS

Spotted that as well and the only logical answer I could come up with was that the full BELLERI name was just to long to press onto shorter quill stems so they removed a couple of letters.

In traditional LFGSS fashion, no replies from @user130267 or @zieg therefore the bike is still available.
I'll drop the price by £15 to make it a round £250 but at that price, I'll keep the bell!

Now sold via eBay.
SOLD SOLD SOLD
Hi all,
I am selling this lovely 1975 pink Mercier bike "Service des Courses" , handmade with Vitus 172 tubing "Serie Legere" , 49cm seat tube & 54cm top tube (CTT) so good for someone on the shorter side - around 5ft4 to 5ft6
The original deep pink colour (same as Poulidor's jersey at the time) is still intact with very minimal scrapes and marks and no dents. Slight pitting to the forks. All in, a very presentable bike for its 48 years of age.
I have owned it for around 5 years and at the time purchased it from its original lady owner in my hometown of Reims (Champagne region). The bike was serviced & the original bars were swapped for swept back ones - I kept the original set which is included in the sale.
All in great working order and can be ridden back any distance.
Price wise, I am after £295 -> £265 -> SOLD for £250 on eBay which is less than what the brakeset & cranks would go for on a good day on eBay.
Test rides from New Cross SE14. Happy to deliver or post.
Cheers
Vince
