  • All of the above is solid advice. Personally I find ten minutes with the Headspace app really helps me if I get anxious/overwhelmed/stressed (with work usually)

    Not a very interesting fact, but I was good friends with the person who owns that app (Andy) we used to sneak around to his house for lunch when we were at school.
