The way the event works is that they ride 2pm till 8pm and the resume the next day for the remaining half. Not sure if that's better or worse tbh
I mean, it might mean you don't need a helmet light so you can see in the dark, but yeah.
Right now it's pretty dark here at around 6pm now, so I'm expecting to have to use the helmet light for the last two hours at least. The place where the event takes place is in the sticks. Very little light pollution.
