• Thank you - yes my main issue is the floor protection, the speakers have spikes underneath which came with little rubber protective caps but I noticed the other day some of the caps seem to have vanished and the floor's getting scratched, so want to do something conclusive. Will investigate, cheers.

  • Warning, not cheap!

    I don't fully buy the "audiophile speaker isolation" line on things... but hey, these stands are a lot cheaper than repairing/replacing a damaged floor, and they will contribute to happier neighbours, so that makes them good value.

  • If any use I use these - they're not isolating, but are cleverer than spikes. Felt pads stop them knackering your wooden floors.

  • You can get some hardwood floor protectors for spikes, they don't add to the isolation but they're cheap and they work. And my previous neighbors don't like Slayer.
