Thanks! A bit of google-ing let me to the same place so I have one of those on order. Only concern is the max tubing size is 34.9 so I might need to run it with a longer bolt. Also the top tube is slightly oval, so it might not clamp evenly. We'll see.

I'm lazy, I would run a continuous outer.
The feel is not fantastic,
but I could still lock the rear wheel when needed off road.

That is on my list of alternate ideas if the band-on stop doesn't work. I would expect that a BMX compressionless outer would help with the brake feel in that case. Is that what you used?
