Yeah - the case was the thing that looked off to me but having looked closer I think there’s a number of things which certainly look different. As well as the ‘automatic’ point mentioned above. I hope he’s either pulling your leg or it’s real and we’re wrong rather than he’s been fooled
The finishing on those watches is so fine, if you held a real and a rep you would feel the difference I imagine

Can’t really try it on again haha or take more pictures without it being weird.
Spoke about box/ it being serviced at the dealer / it being valued a couple of years back / variations and some not having a seconds hand and the guy is straight up
