Wanted: 55cm light tourer / audaxey type bike

My friend’s bike got thieved the other day.
I’m trying to find / build them a replacement for a little 3-day trip.
Thought it was worth asking on here?

• 55cm-ish - for a 5’8 person
• 700cc / 30mm clearance
• Rack mounts
• Not heavy - i.e lighter than a Dawes Galaxy Tank

Can just be a frame + fork - but if so, threaded / rim brakes would be better.

ex display R525 frame + carbon fork (nothing else included)

Seat tube 55.5cm centre to top, effective top tube is 57cm centre to centre. 68mm threaded bottom bracket and there's a third set of bottle cage bosses under the downtube.

Mudguard AND separate pannier rack eyelets plus threaded eyelets to mount a rack on the seat stays.
clearance for 31mm tyres WITH guards, those shown are Panaracer EVO in 28mm but inflated they were an actual 31mm measured
some scratches from being mounted improperly on the display stand underneath but otherwise perfect, frame has been stored in a warm spare bedroom since accquired.
