Hanwag tashi - made in Germany, unlined (or leather lined, no GTX thankfully). Soft Yak leather. I've a used pair in size 8.5 uk if thats useful. I'd keep them and do love them but conceded on my last 8 mile walk in them they are the littlest bit too tight for me so I bought something else. Like these but used obvs:
