I was also lucky enough to be, presumably, the only child into lego reading Farmers Weekly (grew up on a farm - not a complete dweeb), so I entered a competition they had to colour in a castle.

Similarly, in a dinosaur magazine recently there was some cross promotion with Jurassic Park. Got my son to write something (and it was actually a really good answer) and he came home from climbing to find these:

I don't recall ever having entered another competition of that nature in my life but with a 2 for 2 track record I think we can call it quits.
