ha ha, just re-did the DT for the 15th time and...feel a bit of a tit.
I rounded everything over 0.3mm up but I realise I mis-read that so I'll double check. Feeling more confident now DT is more in line with the rest. Will re-run and check roundings before I order.
@M_V did a bit of both but as above will re-measure and double check everything now I know that the DT calc was all my own doing. Sapim definitely gets ignored, even though I prefer their spokes.
