ha ha, just re-did the DT for the 15th time and...feel a bit of a tit.
I rounded everything over 0.3mm up but I realise I mis-read that so I'll double check. Feeling more confident now DT is more in line with the rest. Will re-run and check roundings before I order.
@M_V did a bit of both but as above will re-measure and double check everything now I know that the DT calc was all my own doing. Sapim definitely gets ignored, even though I prefer their spokes.

Probably OK to go 284 all round, would be better if you gave more precise numbers to confirm. I'm guessing you've either put the wrong amount of spokes or crosses on the DT one.
