  • Thanks. Its 12.5mm boards and the type of fixings used are the toggle type which you drill a hole through the osb and they then spread out the load to the rear of the sheet. I've been up several times to test it.

  • Momentous arrival at the weekend. Pretty much a year since I dug out the strip foundations we have a sofa (used)
