Thanks. Its 12.5mm boards and the type of fixings used are the toggle type which you drill a hole through the osb and they then spread out the load to the rear of the sheet. I've been up several times to test it.

Momentous arrival at the weekend. Pretty much a year since I dug out the strip foundations we have a sofa (used)
